It looks like they may be doing that already. In a couple of Nordschleife's most recent pictures you can see them hoisting pieces for the next set of tower brackets.

Yes, if only that apartments weren't there and replaced with 80-100m tall towers, then you get three great layers into the pudong skyline,

It's rising fast. When the Chinese 'mean business' they DO mean business! It's quite frustrating to see the Pinnacle stall (if not fall into oblivion) while massive skyscrapers are frantically mushrooming in China and Dubai.

will the super columns be covered in concrete till the top of the tower or will they be covered only at the base?
