I doubt Toronto will. It's not a city which needs to build huge fallic symbols of power any more.

Has anyone been keeping up with the upcoming series, "The Last Airbender: The Legend of Korra"?

It's the sequel to "Avatar: The Last Airbender"

The main location in Legend of Korra is Republic City, based on Shanghai in the 20s and 30s. But if we look closely, we can see the Three Brothers

(How do I make the picture show?)

It seems 300m is a height that won't be surpassed in Toronto for a while now. The dreaded "supertall"

hmm, are there any plans for the small houses on the pudong area? I know that its not part of the three towers plan, but possible expansion? I really hope that this cbd connects with the world convention centre thing near the lake. that will truly make Shanghai the best cbd. By the way, whats up with the square down at the convention/exhibition centre? Its massive and green, is there any use for it? or is it merely a square for pudong?

Obviously not cargo containers given the scale of that picture.

It feels like when the core rises, it rises a level a day, but then it rests for quite a long time.
