But the model posted by Nordschleife is newer. So maybe they sold the plot.

Don't get your hopes up, the land is zoned for residential and has long been planned for apartment towers.

It IS massive, but that's only a little more than one of the WTC towers, and this is about 200m taller. They were just basically boxes, whereas I suspect this is thinner and it obviously tapers.
