Awesome work, what tools did you use?

Oh, and I'm really confused as to what the inner facade will actually look like. The best render seems to be the one Fury showed of the podium, and that just looks like straight concrete.

Nice work Nordschleife! Will there be a multi-level "outer shell" of glass throughout the whole tower, or just at certain levels? Or does it even go from top to bottom without interruption (floors) at all? It would certainly seem like a huge luxury.

It has nine floors in between the fašades, a lot of empty space. Definitely a luxury.

Personally, I'm not a fan of it either. Makes everything look so artificial.
But nevertheless those are great pics, especially the second one. Thanks!

I dislike surrealistic HDR, especially when you have those HDR only effects like having glow edges.. just hate it.

I thought its just a bit of waste merging HDR just for a building under construction :p

Me think there is no HDR effect on those pics, just a ton of "Clarify" and (especially) "Saturation Enhancement"

Is it just to me or has the construction of the core slowed down?

You thought wrong.

You can tell its a HDR from

1. the cloud is very properly exposed
2. the outer edge glow effect

Its either multiple exposures merged to HDR or Photoshop has actually an option to make one photo into a HDR effect. Nonetheless it is still HDR!

I WIN!

Wow that base is amazing. Shanghai is really lucky. But it takes a while to get used to and then love the design. And you have to see good renders NOT the diagram on skyscraperpage
