It seems to me that the core and the floor plate doesnt grow at the same pace. When the core rockets up the floor plates progress slow down and vice versa.

are most of the skyscrapers in lujiazui filled up? I don't understand why lujiazui seems so empty all of a sudden in comparison to puxi, when Shanghai is one of the most populated cities in the world.
