This sky garden concept is an ambitious idea, but I'm sceptical of how well it will encourage people to stay in the tower instead of taking more elevator trips and walk around outside.

I guess it will be more something like Family Mart (全家) stores for the office workers and not some fashion boutiques.

Well those Chinese governor officials do have a bad imagine of corruption, not only smoking, but drinking ten thousand dollar (literally) alcohol would be a necessary part of their social life and career.

I don't know how else to say this, but this looks like a building being built by giants. I can't even define floors on this building when comparing it to the neighboring apartments.
