about one third the height of swfc probably 160-180 m?

Nice diagram. What was the reasoning behind there only being 118 floors?
And also, small mistake, although you changed it's height in meters, 157m if 515ft

You're regarding Ping'an? i believe it's because Ping'an is ment for financial purposes. There you need high floors with lots of space in between to work away the cables.

The remaining floors will be away from the glass envelope.

I don't understand your point. Surely cables and electrical arrays are more compact than plumbing and heating systems (which would be used in non-office space/residential or hotel). By that logic, it's not the offices that need thick floors, but rather the residential and service space.

Oh no. Sorry, I should've made myself more clear. On the diagram, Cul shows that Shanghai Tower has 118 floors and then the crown, although it was been said before that there's either 128, 127, or 121 floors.
