This is very interesting pic. See that red "crane", and "rails" it will drive on? And there are also those yellow sticking out elements which I'm pretty sure both with the red crane will be used to suspend and move those working platforms. Well I'm now 99% sure those are working platforms which will be elevated during construction.

Looks like you are right. I think the platform will be jacked up with the yellow 'cranes' sticking out of the building. The cranes on top of the skydeck (or how you name it) will be to supply the workingplatform with materials so that they can use the main towercranes only for the core and steelwork on top.

So does that mean for each section they will have to build an unique working platform as each truss belt differ in size and shape?

It seems that those working platform takes a long time to build =/

My guess is that the platform is reusable, since it needn't to be the exact shape of the skylobby (actually it should be a little different, and bigger). When they finish the installation of outer cladding system in this section, the only thing they need to do is remove some parts of the platform, make it smaller and could match the outline of the next skylobby, lift it up and put in place, then add some new stuff to keep it again in touch with the inner floor plate.

Yeah but I really like green areas so I consider that a small park will not harm anyone plus it will look good!

interesting concept, certainly sounds more convenient that way
