Hi Cul.

The F / F of level 53 is at 249.55 meters, so technically some small amount lower than that - but using the F / F height as per the plans for the current construction height is the acceptable norm (as you well know ).

I took the pictures from the 56th floor of the JinMao tower. The core looked about 20-30 feet higher than where I was standing.

This is a great picture. I love the little residential house in the bottom right. It looks so out of place...reminds me of the old guy's house in "Up".

This diagram is misleading, should be less belt trusses and more levels between them.
