This are the best view of Liujiazui imo. Most of the developments have flanked the northern riverfront.
Also, to the left of this building

there's a little clearing you can walk to. My favorite place to go and sit out and just read/eat.

It's much better to look at in person. This is what people should understand about that area...it's nowhere near being complete/fully realized! haha

Nice update _Night City Dream_ .

We can see that the formwork is being reconfigured for the next setback in the core.

Most likely because we have never or rarely see the building from its side. It's always the front/back we see.

yes i saw it once or twice before, it indeed is rather uncommon, which is quite sad, because i like the building from all sides. it also buffled me when i saw pearl river tower in guangzhou from the back, never seen it before and now the building is already finished.

The uppermost observation deck of Jin Mao is 340 m.

Does the Jin Mao observation deck look up to the Shanghai tower core yet? If not, when shall it? What are the most recent pictures from there?

On those photos you only see a part of Shanghai. The photos are taken from Jing'an district, which is pretty much in the middle of Shanghai, that means there is still another side of Shanghai (photographer needs do turn around).

BTW I find it funny how some people here in this thread are questioning the realness of the blue sky in some of the photos. Do you really believe Shanghai is full of smog all the time? I think it's time for you to have a longer stay in Shanghai and see for yourself that blue skies aren't a rarity in Shanghai.

I know that it´s not whole Shanghai. That even more shows how large the city is.
Would be great to see 360 degrees pano from SWFC.

To be fair, Shanghai doesn't have smog/haze often. However, it can be miserably foggy/cloudy during the winter. So I would say, yeah, blue skies are definitely a breath of fresh air when they roll around.
