I was expecting them to start with internal clading.. how are they going to do the internal if they finish the external first???

The core now needs to rise further. All the other parts seem to have got further ahead.

finishing the external first would make the city look less messy

Finishing the external cladding first also makes it easier to work in the internal cladding weather wise. Especially during the winter.

That's right, the cladding seems to be going at a reasonable speed, I suspect longer than the average cladding time because each piece of glass is unique

I think they pretty much install them from each floor. I think I've seen panels stacked up on the individual floors.

Hello everyone! I'm new in this thread, and I have a question for you guys: Why glass cladding doesn't fit into the tower's shape? I mean, why is there a "hole" between the concrete structure and the cladding? Does it make some kind of special function like refreshing the building with fresh air? I'm very interested in this tower and I would like to know it!

Thanks for the answer, and greetings from Spain for everyone!!

This tower will have two layers of cladding. At the moment they are doing the outer cladding. There will be "sky gardens" between the two layers of cladding.

On page 7 and 10 you can see the sky gardens.

How will they do the inner cladding after the outer cladding? Won't it be difficult to move around and position the pieces from the inside?

The way I see it, the frame for the outside cladding will be there no matter what. Putting a ring of glass around the building might make it easier for workers inside to install inner cladding as there won't be much wind. I'm sure they thought about this, and I'm sure they know which is the best way to install the glass.
