I think we'll have to wait until the interior cladding starts before we really know what it's going to be like!

Actually I don't think that would make much difference. In some photos above, it is apparent what the tower will look like especially when it has a lot of reflections.

How strong are the cladding support? They must have done wind tests or vibration tests on them.

Then SWFC glasses are also having the reflection of the sky, therefore you are seeing a similar tone?.... i think.

I really hope for more transparent glass because this way you can see the interior/office lighting at night. It is what Shanghai is lacking a lot, it is also what makes American skylines look so majestic at night.

By the way the panes of glass are huge,, anybody know appx how many panes of glass will be used on this monster???
Yes a green tint would be great, it would make it look more like a twisting Chinese dragon!

Yeah but if they both look the same under the same climatic conditions, then the color tone must also be very similar. Only thing reflections do is that it reduces transparency of glass and it doesn't affect the color tone of the glass.

From here you can clearly see that Jin Mao is still higher, but it's close.

Oh man, that has to be the fastest construction speed I've seen on a super tall... The Shanghai Tower is almost the height of Jin Mao, amazing!
