The interior looks a lot darker than the renders made it seem.

Overcast sky, dirt and the "V" shaped 'beams' in that wedgy section of the building are a big factor.

Yeah, all just a matter of shutter time, aperture and ISO. It's hard to say how bright it really was.

Really good double glass layers. Outside could almost be a DNA spiral!

Lets see more recent pics of the top outside as that's the most exciting bit I think.

That looks wonderful, It's like a skyscraper within a skyscraper ! I guess the public won't be allowed in there to enjoy it though, pity.
