the trio looks quite awesome already! now imagine that pic with better quality and ST completed .

A Trio like that is really unique on earth, and at the moment it doesn't look we'll see something similar in the near future in another city . I don't count the tallest block in Dubai, because it's simply ugly

That is an amazing shot. These towers look so good at night.

I'm interested in the window washing methods this tower will use. Anyone know?

I'm sure Nordschleife have best info on this stuff. but if I would make a guess I'd say they will use standard bmu (building maintain unit) systems. They consist of a special crane holding cleaning platforms suspended on wires. I would say there will be at least one entrance for a bmu at each belt truss level from where bmus will move around a building using rails. Another possibility is that there will be just bmu's on the crown but due to the irregular shape of the building I don't think it's the case here.

Here examples of some bmu's

Isn't it odd that none of the towers are lit up?

Consider the sunset these days are 16:50 or so, and landscape lights are turned on at around 18:00, there is a nearly half an hour window to take photos like this.

Actually it is the best time to shoot a night view of this city. The sky is blue and with a certain level of brightness, no matter it is sunny or cloudy. Later it would be black or orange, depends on the cloud cover. Also it would always be great to take photos without the landscape lights. Those lights works, well lets use the word OK, for human eyes. But they are just too bright for a digital camera.

The crane tips are now on par with the SWFC observation deck.

That high already. They are going to rise far above SWFC soon.
