This building does twist. Every truss belt is rotated slightly and the glass between twists. Thats why if you look at it from a horizontal perspective, it bends.

Its not an opinion, its a fact, the tower does twist.

Also, the Pinnacle in london technically doesn't twist, it just tapers in a spiral.

It's a pedestrian overpass which is connected to the circular shaped overpass next to the IFC towers. Most parts of Lujiazui will have those overpasses (all connected to each other).
