From the picture above, you can feel it's massive presence to the city, because those normal sized building is the only thing comparable to ST (in the photo).
just like taipei 101 with it's surroundings, and also burj khalifa. the trio is like 1WTC & willis tower when you compare them to it's surrounding 200m - 250m buildings. great shots anyway

Yes and still one of the best and clearest day of the past two weeks. PM 2.5 in the 150s. Sadly you can't see these three beautiful towers that well very often...

I guess I went during a lucky time then. Early December, on a couple of days, it was very clear! Definitely surprised me. Hopefully they will one day solve this problem.

It is definately more than 470m, it's already 16/17 floors above the 6th truss belt, where the core is now, will the 7th truss belt be build.

No, the diagram shows that there are 9 zones (including the mall and observatory right beneath the wind turbine).
while the 3D megatall comparison shows 10 zone (including mall and the observatory as well) which one is correct?

I think the Tower is going to be phenomenal from the outside,, but between cladding, I like that "birdcage" word, doesn't look like anything to do in there, between cladding, but hang out on the bottom floors. Then the ppl in the offices will be staring out the window at the "birdcage",, then it seems towards the top there's going to be very little floor space. with the size of the core. Gorgeous however.

Lujiazui is quite expensive, the most expensive I have seen is in Xintiandi.

In Lujiazui I am in Skyline Mansion and that is by no means the msot expensive in Pudong. Fraser and Fortune are more expensive than mine and for the Uber Rich there is Tomson Riviera.

Exactly.
Zone 1 - Levels 001-005 - Mall
Zone 2 - Levels 008-019 - Office
Zone 3 - Levels 022-034 - Office
Zone 4 - Levels 037-049 - Office
Zone 5 - Levels 052-065 - Office
Zone 6 - Levels 068-081 - Office
Zone 7 - Levels 084-098 - Hotel
Zone 8 - Levels 101-115 - Hotel/Office (111-115)
Zone 9 - Levels 118-120 - Observatory

Floors 6-7/20-21/35-36/50-51/66-67/82-83/99-100/116-117 and 121-122-123-124 are mechanical.
Even though 121st floor seems not to be accessible to public, the building is rated as 121 flrs high. Flrs from 122 to 124 should host the mass damper (if I'm not wrong).
