Zone 7 - Levels 084-098 - Hotel
Zone 8 - Levels 101-115 - Hotel/Office (111-115)

Even though 121st floor seems not to be accessible to public, the building is rated as 121 flrs high. Flrs from 122 to 124 should host the mass damper (if I'm not wrong).
Thanks for the explanation NotThatGuy, so will they made the damper in the center of the wind turbine section?
and is it true that ST will feature an outdoor observatory?

ST won't have an outdoor observation deck, just between the inner cladding and the outher cladding, but it will be a great view for sure. ( if the wether and the mog have a good day too )

Yep, that's where the damper should be, according with the leaked parts of the project.
About outdoor observatory, no, there won't be any as far as I know.
Flrs 118 and 119 should be 'closed' by the external cladding, whilst flr 120 should be smaller than the two below and therefore should have an its own cladding (let's say 'internal'), but in correspondence of it the external cladding should be open (the same opening provided for wind turbines).

Something like this:

Great model NotThatGuy, i've seen your ST models in your thread, very awesome! so you mean the 3 floor observation deck it would look like this?

means the people on the 119th floor observation deck are exposed to the large opening for the turbine and they might see the wind turbine as well?

but it's really nice to get a fresh air (and strong wind) up there lol, any anticipations for a rain/typhoon? people could get wet...

unless the 119th floor have a celling or something else to cover it.

Thankyou, but - in order to avoid confusion - the image I've linked some post ago (and repeated below) is not from my model.

Ok, got the sarcasm.
Effectively it's a matter I'm currently dealing with my model, and unfortunately there's not so much 'official' stuff about the upper part of the tower.
According with this other one

the 119th seems to be covered up, but also the 121th seems to be an observation deck, which is in contrast with the latest diagram published in this thread (which is reporting 121th floor as a mech floor).

I call your attention on the fact that not always what has been released about the tower, even from official sources, does correspond with the final aspect of the real thing.
An example? The height of mech floors.
According with the largest part of schemes and renders, the two consecutive mech floors (20-21, 35-36 and so on) have different heights. And this is ok. But the highest floor, in the schemes, is the upper one, whilst in reality the highest one is the lower.
If my fault has been to rely on those sources, well, I'm faulty

NotThatGuy, would it be too must to ask for you to show the internal cladding installed up above the lower levels of external cladding in your model.

It is something I wish I had been able to see without having to look through the external cladding.

Hell yeah $10.00 more if you wanna walk the spiral stair case, the last 70 meters or so,,, Just have an electric fence outside a regular fence. You stand 5 ft behind that 2nd fence... Then you could see everything from the curvature of the Earth,, the only shitty thing is you wouldnt able to see straight down.. But then again, they can have 3-4 walkout/plexiglass (like Sear's to look straight down)... I don't even know if I could step on concrete let alone plexiglass looking straght down that high.. This obs will be Taller than Burj,, correct

Correct, the observation deck on the Burk Khalifa is 452m. This will be the heighest observation deck in the world surpassing it's neighbour Shanghai WFC at 474m and the currently highest Canton Tower at 488m.
