Do you expect any area to grow a decent CBD? We've seen several releases about coming CBDs for Putuo and some other areas, and in the end we had nothing.

We donīt need to forget that building new towers is not a question of winning a race but a matter of creating new espaces for leaving and working. If Shanghai really needs more housing and office projects they surely will create new CBD areas and neighbourhoods. This is Chinaīs most important economic city and they sould me other cities mirror, the model to follow.

Shenzhen is the model to follow imho, they managed to mirror Singapore (China's dream) far better than any other city.

Trust me when I say its all real... you just don't know what it's like until you visit the place. Literally everything has some sort of architectural lighting. At night, the city just looks incredible. How do I know? I have visited.

That was all on set. The area at the bottom of the tower and lobby when he walks in is actually a little known skyscraper in London Liverpool Street called the Broadgate Tower:

with some CGI to make it look like a supertall (it's actually only 165m)

The office scene set:

I was actually slated to be a film extra in the movie (a waiter in the Macau Casino scene), but the jacket didnt fit

As another poster said the hotel scene was shot in London. The aerial shots of what was supposed to be the hotel was infact a residential complex called Tomson Riviera. The most expensive in Pudong.

I never thought I would be able to see my home on a Bond movie!
