It is also on the last publicly usable floors. Above it are mechanical and the wind turbines and crown.

Chinese 'scrapers often have this feature. SWFC has an observation deck on the very top of the building as well. Above it is the mechanical for the elevators, the roof and antennae.

Abraj Al Bait Tower Observatory is at 558.7m and the ceiling of the top floor of ST Observatory will be at 561m although the floor of that level will be at ~557m.

Almost, but not quite yet. It'll surpass the CN Tower sometime this month, and then apparently it‘ll top out next month
