nothing, the tunnel is already completed. However, they might put a park over the bars, I'm not sure though. Probably you're seeing construction where there isn't because the area is so dirty.

werent they digging the metro?

and also they are building the skywalk

anyway, the road is so stuffed in lujiazui, you need to another huge path around the block to get to that place, due to all those one way roads and the roads u/c

I really like this tower, congrats to Shanghai! But hmm IMO it does kind of look awkward to have those supertalls right next to each other, but hey they all look great so YAY!

im prolly wrong as i have no idea where the boundaries between app, prep and u/c exactly are, but taking away grass and drawing a circle imo isnt really enough for it to be u/c

the groundbreaking ceremony didnt even take place yet.
Once we can see bits of the building, imo it should be u/c

U/C is when piling actually starts, so some digging, moving dirt around, ground leveling, etc don't count.

IMO construction starts once they start setting structural parts of the building.

even if its like the biggest symbolism of shanghai or china, i would rather not have it built..

plus i can not see anything related between that and china, maybe chopsticks..

IMO it looks more egyptian, definitely not a chinese traditional architecture styled building
