Yeah but most of the upper ones are phone booths, cloak rooms and a place to store a broom.

The ICC in hongkong has just 108 real floors, not 118.

No, up to floor 162 there are normal used floors. The floors above are what you mean.


There are also different floor numbers for Shanghai Tower. 121fl, 124fl and also 128fl. Dunno what's right.
