the "videos stucked at 301" issue is a well known issue, check the explanation on utube..

Crazy guys on that video!! No rope etc, nothing. I know the workers have security equipment and various safety regulations, but still ... after watching this vid it makes me appreciate them even more.

Those pictures really show how sparse the area at the base is. It's like it's been built in the middle of a park. So much space.

Of the cooling towers (CT) at 128L surrounding the tuned mass damper (TMD) the left side CT (from this perspective) has already placed in its position. The central large hole is for the 1100 ton TMD.
