Probably several months ago .

I believe CTBUH is also using 128 floors.

This thing is SO massive ! Just look at the size of those floors, even almost at the top there's so much room and useful space. No other building in the world is like this. ()

I'm actually quite surprised on how much usable space there is for a organic-shaped structure.

I wonder if any of the people who are actually working in the construction of this building read this forum. If so, I'd like to compliment everyone involved on their excellent workmanship, the Shanghai Tower is absolutely beautiful.

If anyone here speaks Chinese, I would appreciate it if you were to translate this. Thanks.

you might be disappointed 'cause they won't be very tall at all. the sites are located in a historic preservation area (thus height limit enforced). if you are still interested, the bottom one will be a 10 fl (40m) hotel owned by Suning, and the upper one in the dark will be two buildings(66m and 100m) developed by a trust company.

Increasing the height 7 floors is a good sized increase of 5.8%.

Does this imply that the height has increased as well?

Perhaps 7 x 4 meters taller? 666 or so?

The design of the top has changed, plus some photos seem to show further differences from the last known design. I wouldn't be so sure height will stay the same.

Nice render, but how are they going to attach the red lettering on the side?

I admire your work too Eduardo. They are beautiful and accurate.

Only I liked your previous S.T. render more at SSP. (it's now in the 'view all drawings' page of S.T.)

Why make a new one ?
