from the render it looks as though only the mechanical floors stretch out its edge all the way out to the exterior of the tower but all the rest of the floors leave gap between its edge and the exterior. So standing on the floor above the mechanical floor must be like looking up an atrium (side atrium)

The Chinese strike back. Astonishing design yet it looks a bit tricky to build. Not that it will be hard or impossible to build it just looks too complex. It is as if the skyscraper itself is in a glass and steel shell, well it is.

One thing is for sure, it will be an absolute eye candy seeing all the different stages of construction.

Why is this tower in proposed section? Shouldn't it be in the U/C section since the ground breaking is done?
