To me it seems like nothing special.Ok you cant compare Dubai with Buenos Aires but look at the Burj Dubai complex how much they did in just one a half years there.But still a good developing for the city.

Wow , it's just amazing ! Far from Dubai , but it's great for a country that 5 years ago was completely broke . Can't wait to see this buildings when I arrive to this city in november .

Buenos Aires is a wonderful city, this city has a lot of new buildings and they are building more. I think that Buenos Aires is very good looking city in LatinAmerica.

Quite fast action. I think Dubai looks wierd. Skyscrapers are of course great and they look nice, but what I've seen, there is this huge (main?)road and on both sides of it, there are skyscrapers in line. Like this picture shows:
