I love them all, but their heights are what's bothering me. I know it doesn't matter that much, but it's a shame that they can't build something taller than 400m (except for the Freedom Tower). It would've been nice if the Freedom Tower could have a close 400-meters buddy, i.e. Tower 2.

I hoped for something with world class.I thought there work world class architects on it?!And what we get a Beyer Blinder Belle like design also called "bla bla bla design"!Except Fosters tower this tower is good.

Furthermore i think after 5 years of debating, designing and redesigning we could expect something what has the WOW effect and what we can call breathtaking and stunning. It even dont looks like a center. And dont come now with "they sad there will be three different designs"!Its called WT CENTER so it should lokk like a CENTER.

To tower #4 i better say nothing. How can a "world class architect" design somethings crapy like this.I hope theese are only predesigns to see the public reaction and they will change something on the towers!!!!!!!!!

I'd like to see you do better

I'm quite impressed with #2 and #3. #4 is rather boring. I agree that they do somewhat lack that WOW factor. The expectations for the site are so high I think it would be close to impossible to meet those expectations.

Tower 2 is over 400m, the 1254 figure is to the highest occupied floor. It's 1350 feet (412m) to the rooftop and 78 floors.

We have more overall height here than in the original WTC complex. I like the Idea of Four really tall buildings rather than 2 slightly taller buildings.

I hear they will start construction soon too. Don't know when though, if I find out I'll post it.

Tower 4 reminds me of 599 lex. In midtown.

My bad. I just converted the 1254 ft.

Nevertheless, it seems so tiny compared to what is currently rising in China/Dubai.

Only a handful of skyscrapers In Asia are going over 1,300 feet. Freedom Tower is taller than most of them.

Freedom Tower will be in the top 5 WTB's at 541m.

Tower 2 will probably be in the top 10.

But unfourtunatly for the ESB it's gonna fall way behind.

I really find it offensive that nyc is being compared (as the loser) to places that emulate us and want to emulate us. If these were going up in China and Dubai they wouldn't be getting grief at all, oh well that's what is going up and to those of us that are satisfied, ahhhh. To the lot of you that aren't... lmfao @ u guys.

All 3 look have a "been there done that" feel. I'm dissapointed there isn't more continuity among the buildings the would of made the WTC complex feel like a group of buildings and not just random skinny skyscrapers.

Could have been much better.

They don't look skinny at all... and where have you seen anything like Tower 2 or the FT. before? I completely disagree...

Then I fell asleep in her arms.
That was happiness then.
