This look may have been done, but I don't care I am happy we are getting something nothing short of stunning in replace for a gaping hole.

Start 2007/2008
End 2011/2012.

Freedom Tower, Calatrava Path Station, The Memorial are all underway as we speak.
Next comes # 3 in 2007, # 4 and then # 2 in 2008.

That was golden The Tupac song is funnier though.

'There's a pudding stain on her back. What the **** is that? It might be DOO-DOO!!'

Anywho..people are complaining about how the towers don't look anything like each other. Seriously..you have 3 world renowned architectes and you expect them to each design buildings that look exactly like each other? The hell?

And in defense to tower 4, if you liked 7 World Trade then there is no reason why you shouldn't like 4 WTC. It has a simple, etheral apperence and it's shape is timeless.

I'm guessing that 90% of you people were expecting some tacky Dubai like skyscrapers?

Tyrone is the man " there's something you don't know about me Joe Roagan. I smoke rocks!" I wasn't expecting these but none of us were. I love them. Most of the people that don't like it, don't because it is not what they envisioned. They're fools. These buildings are tremendous in so many ways. I am very pleased. 1-4 Woo hoo go nyc.

WOW! Very beautiful designs. The new World Trade Center will re-freshen the Lower Manhattan skyline. Is this design worth compromising over the rebuilding of the Twin Towers? What do you think?

i think when the standard for a replacement is perfection, one can expect "LOLZcouldve been b3tt3r" comments. Seriously, not alot would satisfy if you just remade the boxy twins, quite possibly the same damn "5 yearz and this is wut they come up with LOLZcouldvebeenb3tte3r".

I also find it pretty damned ironic that the same people who praise the former twins (boxes) are the same people who rip the 4WTC (box-like)

as for shanghai/dubai comparos, dont even. except for maybe SWFC, I would take these 4 than the entire tacky stuff those 2 cities want to pump out.

Great looking, but they don't look like in unison. The spire on the main tower is still odd and out of place...better without it.
