330m tall, never finished, still empty and there is still a crane on the top of it... I love how creepy it is

Yep, I had read some time ago that it started developing major structure cracks while they were still building it.

That's really interesting and creepy building in one of world's most evil countries. An empty 300m concrete structure that appears like a huge monument... would be very interesting to see it.

I think it'd look good with a glass facade once, not so bad without one either :P too bad it probablly wont ever be completed.
