Project description
The whole City Business Center project consists of a prestigious complex of 5 separate objects creating a modern city boulevard bordering the Old Town; connection to main roads; busy public transportation junction with 18 bus and trolleybus lines; in the immediate vicinity of the Main Bus Station and the headquarters of VUB bank.

The first stage of the project
CBC I – a high-rise building with 25 overground floors; CBC II – an 8-storey building; high variability of spaces; typical CBC I, II floor with the area from 1,500 to 2,000 m2 (1st -6th overground floor), or approximately 700 m2 (7th – 25th overground floor in the high-rise part of the CBC I); class “A” facilities.

I like it. Bratislava needs more projects like that, for examle in Prievoz. The city have to support building of city boulevards because some main streets in Bratislava further center (Bajkalská) doesn't look well.

Great thread and visualisations. Yes,HB reavis built quite a lot in Bratislava and this is of course one of the fine examples.

Btw, in the opposite street, outside CBC plot is a fenced area and I suppose the construction should start there soon. Maybe another highrise?

I posted here,but after while post disappeared...just about the colour of small building.I don't understand why they chose the terrible green one like in appolo - tropicana.the rest is fine

Handover of one building of the complex will be even this year, the highrise should be completed early next year.

How do you know it? Is it including antenna? Planned height was about 95 meters, i think. Have they added any floors?

But 106,5 is better than only 95 meters.

ak idete smerom do petrzalky po pristavnom moste, tak napravo pred takym hnedym skladom je vonku vylozenych kopec sklennych tabul pre vyskovu cast CBC

V sobotu som prechádzal okolo a sklené tabule sú už uložené do výšky šiesteho až deviateho poschodia CBC I.

Ano a vnutry "bloku"(medzi cbc a budovou kerital) cakaju dalsie skla na ulozenie a nizsia budove je uz cela zozadu oflusana sklamy.. mam na to dobry vyhlad z mojho bytu ktory je pri CBC I.
