Superblock Gandaria [U/C]

Located in a 7.5 hectare site, Superblock Gandaria will be the largest integrated mixed use development in South Jakarta , with a total gross floor area of 490,845 square meters and over 4,000 car park lots. Positioned as a large scale Superblock development with a “one-stop lifestyle hub” concept Superblock Gandaria consist of a shopping center (Gandaria Main Street), two towers of executive condominiums (Gandaria Heights), an office tower (Gandaria Tower) and an internally operated four star hotel (Gandaria Hotel).

Strategically located in the prime residential neighborhood and emerging commercial hub of South Jakarta, Superblock Gandaria is at the main thoroughfare that connects northwest and south of Jakarta and is 5 kilometers away from outer ring road. Gandaria Tower
