Omniyat will showcase three new developments at this year's Cityscape Dubai, spearheaded by the Dhs5bn Beachfront Living project, a waterfront and coastal, super luxury, mixed-use development at Madinat Al Arab. Beachfront Living combines Omniyat's promise of signature design, innovative sustainability and ground breaking technological solutions. The project will showcase Omniyat's first hotel tower, a crescent shaped 42-storey residential masterpiece and a Rodeo Drive-style retail strip.

This was supposed to be Nakheel's office building. I was supposed to have an office in there. Not any more folks, not any more. Its an empty building now with no future plans. What a waste of money.
