  无锡农民拆迁安置房的建筑高度将再次被刷新。昨天,从市国土资源系统管理创新论坛上获悉,投资10亿,总建筑面积20万平方米,楼高328米、74层 (包括地下两层)的农民公寓不久前在华西村开工建设。据悉,该建筑公共功能完善健全。一至四层为裙房,功能为入口大堂,商场和可容1500人的大宴会厅及辅助用房。五层以上为可供770余户村民居住的公寓,共3幢塔楼,可节约土地近30万平方米。其中5层为供区域住户交往的公共活动空中花园,顶部球体功能为旋转餐厅,展示厅及观光厅。顶部还设有直升机停机坪。

  无锡人均耕地仅0.55亩,为江苏13个地级市中最少。高水平的节约集约是拓展发展空间的惟一选择。建设高容积率、低密度的农民公寓,是无锡节约集约用地的创新举措。市国土部门提供的最新数据显示,到目前为止,全市累计建设多层、高层和小高层农民拆迁安置房超过3500万平方米,节约土地超过 10万亩,在全国领先。

  市国土局人士介绍.上世纪末,无锡提出让农民向城镇集中,开始建设多层农民拆迁安置房。随着节约集约用地的不断深入,无锡出台了“城乡企业建设用地坚持高容积率、高密度,城乡住宅用地坚持高容积率、低密度,城乡所有建设用地坚持高投入、高产出、少用地、多产出”的用地原则,并采用倒逼、激励、问责三大机制强化用地管理。

  向天要地,农民拆迁安置房开始越造越高,长欣公寓28层的纪录保持还不久,蠡湖人家30层的农民公寓就已经搬迁入住,如今周新苑33层的安置房即将封顶,华西村74层的农民公寓又开工建设。高层、小高层的农民安置房在无锡随处可见。据悉,位于华西村的这幢农民公寓,占地面积30亩,可节约用地 300亩,工程预计3-5年完成,建成后华西中心村的300户农民将全部搬进这幢大楼。

First render of North Station Twin Towers. Early supposed to reach 89 floors and 300m+, I don't think this proposal is taller than 275m since they're just around 60 floors.

我马上要到无锡工作了
现在北京上研究生
还担心去了无锡就见不到那些伟大的建筑了
因为北京确实很伟大
不过看过这些规划才发现 无锡也很牛
我的单位在无锡新区 很多外企 不知道离这些建设远不远 希望很近

Models


They said they should be around 360m, 72 floors and 310m, 62 floors. Too optimistic heights imo.
