Interesting wave-like building in Australia

Interesting building u/c on the Gold Coast in Australia:

It's residential of course, 33 floors, and is called 'The Wave' for obvious reasons. I love it!

Looking good so far, very interesting design. but what are they planning on doing with the facade? the plain white looks a bit sterile..

It looks very good. But as monkeyronin said, the white looks far to sterile and boring.

What a beautiful building. That is very different if you compare it to some old-fashioned box-buildings. Stunning architecture, they must have a great view up there.

Another angle (note: if you scroll up and down it can actually look like a wave going accross the building!!!)

I like this building, but it surprisingly has all the features I'd expect from a Harry Sielder building in Sydney. I think a current building is being constructed here (a Siedler building) that looks sort of similar to it, but probably not as good I guess. 'The Wave' has more power when up close to it, definitely!

We looked at mountains until dawn, and then when dawn came, it was too pretty for me - there was pink and blue and gold, in the sky, and on icy places, brilliant pink and gold flashes, and the snow was colored too, and I said," Oh," and sighed; and each moment was more beautiful than the one before; and I said, " I love you, Momma." Then I fell asleep in her arms.
That was happiness then.
