im not sure if a telecommunication tower would suit the NY skyline, if there is enough space is doubtful aswell, besides ive never been to NYC so im not the expert anyway

No, a TV tower definitely doesn't suit NYC.

MEHR NEWS | September 10, 2008

Tourists will be touring the entire complex of Tehran’s Milad Tower in one day with the ticket price of 400,000 rials (about 40$). The decision was recently made by Tehran’s City Council. Milad Tower is the tallest structure in the country and is located between the Shahrak-e Gharb and Gisha districts of Tehran. It stands 435 m (1,427 ft) high from base to tip of the antenna and; it will be officially inaugurated on October 1 on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr (Feast of Fast-Breaking).

The entrance fee to the complex is 10,000 rials (about 1$) for each individual, and the parking ticket costs 30,000 rials ($3), the Persian service of CHN reported on Wednesday. The admission fee to the major hall costs 60,000 rials ($6) and to visit the top of the structure will cost 100,000 ($10). To tour the different sections at the base of the tower that include a cultural and scientific unit, a commercial transaction center, and a temporary showroom for exhibiting products requires a ticket priced at 200,000 rials (S20). The major hall and the top will enjoy a 50% discount in ticket price every morning except Thursdays and Fridays.

Admission fees to famous towers and museums of the world are quite varied. Ticket price to Level 3 of the Eiffel Tower in Paris is 11.50euro (about $16), to Level 2 costs 7.80euro (about $11), while cost to Level 1 is only 4.50euro (about $6). The cost of a combined ticket to the Louvre is only 13euro (about $18) and admission is free on the first Sunday of every month. In contrast, a combined entrance ticket to the State Hermitage in St. Petersburg costs $25.95.

Milad tower is the fourth tallest tower in the world after the CN Tower in Toronto, Ostankino Tower in Moscow, and the Oriental Pearl Tower in Shanghai. It is also currently the 12th tallest freestanding structure in the world. The structure includes the Milad telecommunications tower that offers restaurants at the top with spectacular views of Tehran, a five-star hotel, a convention center, a world trade center, and an IT park. The complex also features a 27,000 square meter parking area, a specialized library, an exhibition hall and an administrative unit. Milad Tower has an octagonal base, which is symbolic of traditional Persian architecture.

Is this tower completed or still topped out? Do we need a title change?
