I agree with so many others commenting on this thread: this tower is beautiful! I think the Chicago Spire is nice, but this one is much better ... more elegant ...

Congratulations to Moscow!

Relax, they are still progressing. Wait for the next 10 years and you will see the automatic turnaround of these cities and countries (if the World Economy will not bubble and burst).

I think thats a common thing with these business center area's. Most people will never come here so it doesn't really matter. At least it will give a beautiful skyline

What do you know about local people to make such statements?

This can make any sense if we will ignore the structure of the MIBC. There will be new city square (alternative to the Red square), very big shopping center, theater and cinema multiplex and possibly an aqua-park. People will come there.

You shouldn't even be talking. Sampetersburg? Whats that again? Sam... sam... sam what now? Did you mean Saint Petersburg?

You have no idea what the "local" people think... no clue what so ever.

Go troll somewhere else.

The lack of residents makes many of these commercial center sterile. Chicago and New York have vibrant downtown communities that allow for supertall building to be better integrated within a community. Just remember Brasilia.
