I belive this tower will be more heavy than Burj Dubai. The total floor area in more than 50% bigger.

in terms of whole structure maybe, but as burj dubai's top is slim, it has absolutely fat bottom but russia tower has fairly larger upper structure.

Russia Tower reminds me of the Ryungjong Hotel in North Korea.

This building is a great design. Ryugyong hotel - aaaah no .....

Another 600 m. building that is outside the box - pun intended.

Good to see it is getting under way.
