Empire State is pretty intimidating (and fitting, for that matter)

We got a bunch of condos here in Canada with names like "the berkeley" and "the new yorker". they mean **** all and sound elitist.

The Sunshine 60 building in Tokyo. (it has 60 floors)

Building itself is nothing to write home about but I like the name. Also it's supposedly the world's only haunted skyscraper being built over a former prison so the "Sunshine" name may be ironic.
