The church architecture is beautiful. A moral society is the basis for a civilized society. Religious tolerance in VN should be respected.

I have difficulties downloading and uploading too, that's why I have to make the most of it by posting a bunch of pictures in one time so I won't have to come back and wait for the same pictures to download again and again.
I'm re-organizing now, if you have problem access to this thread, I apologize for the technical inconvenience.
it would help alot if people post comments so it skips pages faster.
I didn't understand why most threads they skipped pages very fast, but I posted so much and I'm still on the same page....now I know, 30 posts for 1 page

but i discovered something pretty clever....click on to this thread, then disconnect the internet, then connect it again, then right click on the new pictures to download.......it's a nguyen-nguyen situation if you do that.

inspired by the india and philipines forums
i want people to see all the great churches in vn too.......and we have a lot
considering 7-10millions catholics

many people think catholism was introduced to VN by the French during their invasion but infact it was the portuguese missionares that brought the new religion to VN as early as 1553.
the new religion clinged to the people of VN, and as much as 600.000 were killed for their faith throughout the history of christianity in Vietnam............. vn currently has 117 saints and martyrs acknowledged by the vatican.
a report from the Vatican, catholics is growing fast in Vn from 5millions in the 80s to nearly double over the past 20yrs. .......personally i think this happens because catholics in Vn don't convert when they married....only people from other religions married to catholics have to convert to catholism.
enjoy the pictures....few hundreds more will come up every week

only old and historical churches for now....new modern churches will have to wait later.
phu nhai church....bui chu diocese
