Kim, you should send an email to Santy Mendez at santy@memon.ae.
tell her that you have a 1 bed and you are looking for updates, pictures etc.
tell her also in the email that other developers regularly post new pics etc but memon dont seem to take care of their website.

if she responds saying that Memon posts only quarterly updates then tell her that nothing has been received for the last 2 quarters.

I write to her all the time, so she must be fed up with me. be good if another voice can bug her now.

PS what is your payment plan??

Facts abount CT3. Completion will be around the summer of 2010 , ground works will take abount 9 months . I was at the site on 23/11/08 had meetings
with Memon. Delays were caused by late handover of the plot from the master developer pipeline under CT3 is a red herring, no work to talk of has even started on the groundworks (23/11/08). In my humble opinion CT3 is a good investment the days of making lots of money by flipping are gone if you can stick it out ride the storm and wait for the rentals. Rob with respect AED1400-/sq ft for CT3 DREAM ON current resale value AED 1050-/sq ft and dropping fast.

Dude, not news I wanted to hear. Even at 105o/per sq foot, Im struggling to sell!!

Isnt the pipe work issue yet resolved?? Last email I received from memon claimed that progress on groundwork and basement 2 floors were underway.

Why do you think rentals will be good? Is the Sport City vibe still there; or is this project gonna be an expensive crash??

Sports city is a great concept, global sports are seeing dubai as the centre, golf ,& cricket etc,my friend there will be no crash in dubai sports city the rentals are going to be high god willing

We are waiting for the pictures from the project department as and soon as we receive the same will be mailed to you at the earliest.
Currently excavation, shoring , piling has been completed, once the work reaches above ground level pictures will be forwarded

Come on... the last updates on the Memon website are from June(!!!) on all the projects.
It's ridiculous how poor the information is about the projects. As Shiraj says, the quarterly update is becoming a yearly update...
Why no recent information about who is going to construct the buildings???
Only CT1 is being build.

Guys, I think we should wait to see the pics of DSC in January - even if the offical newsletter doesnt come out by then, Hatem Saleh from Choppershoot will have pics posted on his website. Hopefully, we should be able to see how much construction has progressed. If there is no significant change, maybe we, as a group, need to looby Memon.

Fellow CT3 investors, I just realised that we will (hopefully) soon be neighbours. Maybe we should have a party CT3's 'rooftop juicebar' to celebrate all this worry and anticpation over the last couple of years and (future couple).

OK for CT3 maybe, but for CT4 they don't even have a CONSTRUCTOR.
So it's already known that June 2010 is not possible for CT4...
