it sure is a copy of mighty Q1. no spire? what is height? anyone know yet?
Q1 is 275m without spire.i still think Q1 is great. do you think the floor heights will be 3m like q1? if so i recko it will be 275m. if there higher then 3m it will easily hit 300m. models always look good.lol

Beautiful design. For me it's even better than Q1 (something really difficult because Q1 is very good). And 350m is BIG, and if it's going to be like in the renders (without spire), then it's going to be a lot bigger than Q1 (from 275 to 350m, not counting spire). And I love those things at the base.
Is it going to be at north of creek park (south of court house)? If so, the view from the Creek Golf Club will be amazing. Tall towers in front of water always go magnificent (they look even taller because you can see them fully bottom to top). It's a shame that 4 Seasons cancelled that beautiful tower (it would have been the perfect sister for D1 along the creek). |

Well, I've just seen that it's going to be at Culture Village, between Al Garhoud and Ras Al Khor bridges. Better location than the one I asked before (this and DFC at the other side: perfect combination, perfect projects!!).
