Well if only half the office space in that building is used by the USCN, then why complaing.. Obviously his city seems to have land constraints prohibiting the construction of something... sprawlier?

In Genava only 40% of the 30 storey tower is used by the USCN.. the rest is various government offices and private corporations.

Yiannopolis Full city redevelopment

The City of Yiannopolis, now the new capital of Georgiapolis will recieve a 2 billion dollar transformation to restore the city to its former Adrian Prestige.

Works are expected to start later on in the year and will be completed in the next 2 decades.

Looking forward to seeing it all done up! I hope you won't be demolishing loads of really old buildings!

CAPITAL SUBURB


The mayor wanted to remove all structures over 90m however due to the state of the economy, this was not possible and the Skyscrapers must remain.
