Jesus Christ!!!!! Will this ever end?
Very beautiful desigh, but i wish they could make the building densely packed together and stop encouraging automobile with those wide avenues in between the buildings.

I love the crazy masterplans China constructs in almost every one of their major cities.

Just out of curiosity, do they just build skyscrapers to accomodate the enormous economic growth or do they just build in the hopes that the buildings will be filled? In other words, is there really enough demand to justify building so many buildings?

Also, Hangzhou is getting a subway? WOW! Any news on that? The renderings for the interior of the stations are amazing!

Just guessing, but I suppose that most masterplans are financed by state owned enterprises while singple projects developed on them are run by private ones. So, they are surely profitable. At least single projects should be, otherwise private enterprises wouldn't invest on them.
