Gracias por tus fotos, m3c, están muy bien y también el edificio.
Una foto con el INE a la izquierda, las Kio y el CTBA al fondo antes de que pusieran el arco este lunes pasado. Me salió torcida.

De nada. Gracias a ti. En tu foto vemos tres edificios que piden una remodelación, o derribo, a gritos. Los dos de los juzgados, que serán vendidos y algo se hará en ellos, y la Torre Castellana; uno de los edificios de Madrid que más se podrían beneficiar de una remodelación.

 El edificio del "Catastro", el de verde vamos... La única remodelación que le han realizado ha sido, repasar con pintura granate las vigas de su estructura...y poco más, ya que estubo envuelto con andamios y ya no están. Yo lo dinamitaba, ya que no se han gastado en reformarlo un duro.

Alrededor del INE, por ahora, no habrá mas remodelaciones por un tiempo....
Ya no son épocas de grandes inversiones....

Hace un mes lo vi en directe y me gustó mucho. Muy sobrio pero con esos toques de color que lo hace también muy elegante.

Este edificio se debería tomar como ejemplo de una rehabilitación de un edificio antiguo que no valía para nada y que ha quedado estupendo.
SI lo hicieran en el ministerio de economía que está cerca... |
