Work on this medium-rise in al-Jumouriya St seems to have stopped for quite some time now.. not really sure why that is..

It's Hamza Plaza, and belongs to Dubai-based Sudanese businessman Kamal Hamza and an Abu Dhabi investment group..

I agree with you it would be nicer if there all concentrated in one area, I am baffled why they didnt build NTC tower in alsunut for example, but still its good to see high rises regardless.

by the way dentist I am in awe at your pictures it shows what haveing a man on the ground can do

I parked in front of it.. if you notice the white signboard.. it's for Hamza Plaza.. it might be part of it.. but I could be wrong..

How Khartoum-Omdurman is changing within a few years, even since the thread first opened. Very good, something about K/O I like, I can't tell what it is, but it's always attracted me to it, likely an overall feature.

Sure, I said it long ago, I support a Sudanese and an Ethiopian forum, since there is plenty to show and give, even membership who hail-from or originated in these areas.
