My uncle sits on the panel for the library's foundation, apparently the design is influenced by Algeria's national library.

Great city. No doubt where I'm gonna stay if i sometime visit (Yeah, you've guessed it. The Burj Al Fateh)
The Greater Nile Petrolium Building and Alfatih Tower is also very nice building. And I like the traditional styles, like Qatari Embassy.
