Very nice work Sudanleaks. Thank you very much. Indeed this is a very much needed update.
In regards to the Musheireb project, both buildings that appear on the photos will be for residential/office use. The Hotel will be built further away from the river bank. I'm told it will be one of the buildings further at the back (in reference to the picture underneath). In fact, if you read within the picture, and in the 'Scope Summary', it says 'CCC's scope for phase one includes the construction of a five-star luxury resort hotel and three towers of a mix of residential and office spaces'.

In the past I wasn't sure whether they were going to expand or extend Nile street, but according to your pics it seems they are doing both.
