If anyone is interested, I have a four bedroom villa, plus maids quarters available for sale in Arabian, Al Reef development. I was told that it wuld not be ready until December 2009, however your notices seem to think June.

Guys: Whats the story about Manazel having difficulties with utilities such as water and electricity as the landowner ( the guy from Hydra ) now wants more money to supply these.

Hope personal politics doesn't get in the way of this project with everything else going on.

Is this just a rumour or does anyone have any hard facts ?

Hi

We visited the site this weekend and note that the work is coming along very well. I have some pics on my mobile phone that I will upload tonight. We went into the site and took pics of the villas inside.

I would be keen to learn how much people are looking to sell their 5 beds for. I note that someone has posted it for 2.5 mil on this site, which I think is on the high side. Especially since there does not seem to be a mortgage available (or is there?).

I too have a 4 bedroom villa in the Desert phase and although I was getting 1.8 million just recently, I would prefer to hang on to it .. since Al Reef is one of those projects which is seen as a success even in this financial crises time !

I have joined in this useful forum very recently.

I would like to know about Al-Reef, Mediterranian villas. I own a two bedroom villa and would like to know how the work is progreesing. It is due to be delvered in August/September 2010. What's your info on its delivery date?

This is true that there is delay due to water supply...this information is given by Manazel guy who visited our office 2 days back

Well as far as i know...first they are going to deliver Arabic then Desert....

Comtemporary and Mediterranian they are not going to deliver in 2010...why becuase they are focusing on AL Reef downtown.This is the what i have heard from Manazel..so if they say aug/sep 2010 then add 6 months for delay..then you are already in 2011.

I have to pay my next instalment in March. Do they ajust the payment plan accordingly. Do you have some contact number with whom I can talk to. Their teleppnone cotnact as they mentioned in theri site does not wotk properly, as I do not have the correct extension number.

regarding finance availability...I keep seeing ads from reputed real estate firms, metioning 85% finance.

And i know for a fact that a leading MNC bank (Im working here) is in the process of empanelling Manazel into its preferred list of developers. This should happen by MArch end as process is on.

Anyone who has latest photo of the developement, pls post them.

hi guys im new on this thread so go easy on me!! i am thinking of buying a 2 bedroom villa in the arabic community but i have some concerns..how far is it actually from the airport and when visiting the site can people hear aeroplanes taking off/landing? also can you get buy to let finance on these as i only have 20-25% deposit?

The project is about 2 km away from the second runway...i was there to see arabic showhouses...i was there for more than an hour..i could not hear anything.

We have been dealing with Al Reef for couple of years now...

Do let me know your email..so i can send you the exact location of it..

We can also arrange finance of upto 75% if you are UAE resident...its also depanding on how much salary you have..
