I dont know why, but this building is still not open yet. I rarely see anybody on site either, although they were washing windows yesterday.... Anybody know whats going on???

I got a closer look the other night, the lobby is still bare concrete inside. No sign of any tools on site, no security guards, nothing. I was tempted to bust open the door and climb the stairs to the top! From what the locals said the developer is still having problems for funding this project. Hard to beleive since it is the Minsheng BANK building. You would think at this point the best way to solve money issues would be to finish so you can start leasing offices?? Maybe it's just me...
