It has lift shafts and emergency stairs etc but the defined structural core is sort of hidden You can see it in this picture posted by BarbaricManchurian on 30 March.

its just same height as floors as it rises

Actually it doesn't have core... well at least not a core like in many other skyscrapers I've seen...
There is no solid concrete thingie inside...
what could be passed as a core is an inner radius of columns so, I guess the whole tining is constructed as a hallow tube (I mean that is how the rigidity is achieved)
This doesn't come all that well on photos, but it is very obvious when you walk around it... Or to be precise when on walked around it... I mean when tower wasn't quite as tall and you could see more through it, so to say.



the red columns are the "core" there aren't really any walls between them just some (horizontal in the image) beams. The space between them prolly get filled later bu the wall isn't really load barring o, just "cosmetic"
