Thanks BarbaricManchurian. So all the building is for offices? I thought it was mixed use (but I prefer only-offices use ).

Finally~
We can see that the tower has reached the street-level already, the skyline of this area should be changed rapidly in the next few months

There's the commercial area in B1, and while the rest of this tower alone is all office, other buildings of Tianjin World Financial Center include a mall, hotels, and apartments. But the "Tianjin Tower" itself, the tallest tower, will be almost all offices. Still, a real stunner in beauty !

百货大楼, it looks dirty up close though, it's not my favorite tower in Tianjin. You can see Tianjin's first skyscraper to the right, the small white tower built in the 1920s (the original 百货大楼).

Are you sure? I was under the impression that the St Regis hotel was going to be located in the main tower. If not, which one is it supposed to be in?

Didn't all the posters around the project say “酒店” (hotel) with a render of one of the side towers? I think there are two hotels in this project, and both are in the side towers. I'm pretty sure this is an office tower, fitting for the tallest tower of a "world financial center."

Does this tower really have 76 floors? Or just 71?
sounds like 71. alot of architects/developers include basements with overall floor count. you virtually have o see plans to decifer exact count.
